The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Mohammed has been accused by other Justices of doing things wrongly.
Fourteen Justices have accused the CJN ,Tanko Mohammed of not doing things rightly.
Tanko was accused by Supreme Court Judges for travelling abroad with his wife, children and aides for a workshop, when aorhers are not allowed to do same.
. He was served a memo which was alledgedly leaked to the public.
Justice Tanko Mohammed is expected to meet with the body of Benchers
The Body of Nenchers has set a seven man panel
to look into the
issue.
The Justices have outlined their grievances , which include : forcing them to close from work at 4pm stating high cost of diesel, others to run their offices.
